Malcolm S. Taub has decades of experience practicing law and handling complex, high-profile cases. Mr. Taub has handled high-profile divorce and family law matters, specializing in equitable distribution, maintenance, and child custody issues. Mr. Taub has lectured on the issue of pre-nuptial agreements, as well as other family law issues, for various CLE programs.
Mr. Taub is active in sophisticated and complex litigations in both State and Federal courts. Mr. Taub began his practice with Plaintiff’s securities litigation as well as federal anti-trust litigation. His experience also includes corporate dissolution issues and corporate accounting issues. From thereon, Mr. Taub was put in a unique position in handling matrimonial actions when the law changed in 1981 in connection with the equitable distribution. Mr. Taub appeared as a divorce expert in an issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine, has been profiled in Divorce Magazine, and has appeared twice on the Late Show with David Letterman. He has acted as an on-camera consultant for CNN affiliates.
